Strategic Environmental Assessment
We conduct assessments and evaluations of the environmental impacts—including those on public health—of the implementation of state planning documents (Comprehensive Plan; Master Plan and Detailed Land-Use Plan; Socioeconomic Development Strategies; Local Waste Management Plans).
What objectives does it address?
- Ensures the integration of environmental requirements, environmental protection goals, and public health protection during the development and approval of state planning documents.
- Identifies, describes, and assesses the likely environmental impacts of urban planning or strategic projects, including public health and cumulative environmental effects.
- Develops a set of measures to prevent, reduce, and mitigate potential negative impacts of implementing state planning documents on components of the ecological network
- Provides support in conducting public discussion procedures and public hearings on state planning documents.
- Ensures the preparation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment Report and the entry of relevant information into the Unified Register of Strategic Environmental Assessments at all stages of the SEA.

Waste Management Plan
We are developing a set of tasks and measures to ensure sustainable waste management at the local level (within territorial communities) and for business entities (companies, institutions, and organizations).

- Ensures the development of comprehensive, innovative solutions for the collection, transportation, sorting, processing, recycling, and environmentally safe disposal of waste within the relevant territory.
- It establishes targets for preventing waste generation and increasing the volumes of reuse, recycling, and recovery in accordance with European circular economy standards.
- Justifies the creation and optimal placement of waste management infrastructure facilities, including sorting complexes, transfer stations, and landfills.
- Ensures the analysis of the current status and monitoring of the system for managing household, industrial, or hazardous waste to minimize negative impacts on the environment.

Environmental Impact Assessment
We determine the nature, intensity, and level of risk posed by economic activities to the environment and public health.
What issues does it address?
- It determines the nature, scale, and intensity of the potential impact of a business entity’s planned activities on the environment, including air, water, soil, flora, and fauna.
- It develops and justifies a set of technical, technological, and organizational measures aimed at preventing, minimizing, or offsetting harmful environmental impacts.
- Ensures the preparation of an Environmental Impact Assessment Report in strict compliance with state environmental standards and sanitary and hygiene requirements.
- Organizes, coordinates, and oversees the public consultation process for the planned activity, including the publication of announcements and the conduct of public hearings.
- We assist with the submission of materials to the Unified Register of Environmental Impact Assessments to obtain an Environmental Impact Assessment Conclusion from the authorized body.
