Land management project concerning the establishment of the boundaries of an urban territorial community in the Kyiv region, and the preparation of technical documentation on the regulatory monetary valuation of land
The actual boundaries of the local authority’s territory have been defined and agreed, including with neighbouring local authorities; a complete catalogue of control point coordinates and graphic materials for the registration of boundaries in the State Land Cadastre has been compiled; A statutory monetary valuation of land has been carried out; calculations of land tax and rent for state-owned and municipal land plots have been completed; and the basis for calculating the fourth-group single tax for agricultural producers has been established.
